Loa and I met at a Utah Flash basketball game. We had our first date on Valentine's Day (02/14/2008). We went on a double with my room-mate Jordyn. The BIG plans were to go to Provo Mall for Step Up 2: The Streets and eat at Red Robin. We (as in Jordyn and I ) were soo excited.. We spent most the day thinking of an outfit, hair styles, shoes, everything and anything else. In fact, I still remember the shirt I wore that night.
We were excited to have a date, it was a double date and on Valentine's Day! We were giddy! Even though her date turned out to be super weird and tried to kiss her all night. It was a overall good night..
I thought Loa was so chill, cute and quiet. I loved that I could do all the talking we would sit and just laugh. I later realized he was always laughing at me not with me! :-) He was soo cute to me and soo innocent. It was so fun hanging out with him. I could embarass him so easily. He worked construction ALOT but we still would hang out all the time.. I picked him up at his sister's house (where he lived) when we would hang out. I would see people peak through the blinds to see who was picking him up. I always wondered if I would get to meet the people that lived inside that house.
Months went by... I told my mom I was really starting to like him. He was so cute and precious..But Nothing Happened. It was almost summer and time for me to go back to Las Vegas. We never held hands or kissed so I took it we were meant to be best friends.. That's exactly what we are best friends. I accepted it and went with it.
